Come sit in circle for 3 days of menstrual wisdom. We'll look at how to connect with your moon (menstrual cycle) and rituals for the phases of your cycle. We explore herbs for balance, clear skin, managing infections, and easing PMS. Our last day is full of hands on self-care. We'll talk about yoni steaming and self-care Mayan Massage. Each day you'll go home with your own herbal remedy. All supplies are included, just bring your mat and a journal.
*This class is open to anyone with a yoni who wants to learn. It’s about connecting with your body, natural rhythms, and empowering yourself through self-care. Those who have had hysterectomies or reached menopause will find that there is much to learn as well.
Thursday April 12th 6:30-9:30pm - Cycles, Rituals, and Herbal Baths
The first workshop we'll take an in depth look at the phases of the menstrual cycle, the hormones, and how they connect to the moon. Learn how to sync your cycle with the moon and how to track your cycle for fertility or avoiding pregnancy. Make an herbal bath to take home and use for the new moon. Bring your journal and the date of your last cycle. All other materials will be provided.
Saturday April 14th 11a-1p - Moontime Remedies
Class 2 will be focused on herbal remedies for hormonal balance, PMS, irregular cycles, infections, dryness, and fertility. Learn how to use teas, tinctures, and essential oils for healing and balancing. We’ll also look at simple remedies for common issues and how to stock your medicine cabinet and fridge for yoni health. Blend your own daily nourishing and balancing tea to take home and enjoy.
Sunday April 15th 11a-1p - Yoni Steams and Mayan Massage
Our 3rd workshop will cover hands on self-care. We’ll discuss vaginal steams and self-care uterine massage. Find your energetic center, learn how to restore uterine balance, and connect with your womb space. Learn the best times of month for self-care and blend your own yoni steaming herbs. This will be an hands on class. Bring a mat and journal, all other materials will be provided.
